Microsoft recently created Xbox Design Lab: a Direct-Ship Customization system for the Xbox Game Controller. Stuart led the “make versus buy” development strategy for the Customization and Order website. He also drove the design curation to support over 8 million color combinations. The project went live on time, and within budget.
